Along the Rue des Martyrs, a street connecting Notre-Dame-de-Lorette to Montmartre and lined with shops, bistros, and patisseries, we carried out a custom air conditioning project for a private apartment.
The intervention involved installing the main IDRA 4 unit of 28,000 Btu, a water-condensed inverter system with Wi-Fi management and extremely quiet operation. The unit was placed in the laundry room to avoid taking up space in the main living areas.
The system was completed by a 9,000 Btu ducted unit in the kitchen, perfectly integrated into the furniture, and three 7,000 Btu wall-mounted splits in the other rooms. This configuration ensures uniform climate control and constant comfort, integrating seamlessly into the spaces without altering the furnishings.
The result is a system that combines energy efficiency, quiet operation, and harmony with the environment, providing constant well-being without intrusive elements.
